Water Restoration

  • Water from a clean and sanitary source such as faucets, toilet tanks, and drinking fountains
• Category 2: Grey Water
  • Water that may have contaminates that may cause illness or discomfort if ingested such as dishwasher or washing machine overflow, sink drains, or toilet water containing only urine.
• Category 3: Black Water
  • Water that is highly unsanitary and could cause severe illness or death if ingested such as sewer backup, flooding from streams/rivers, toilet overflow with feces, and stagnant liquid that has begun to support bacterial growth.

Construction

After our certified loss mitigation crews have completed your water or fire restoration project, our highly-trained construction crews step in to re-build your property back to its original condition. We provide on-site construction management along with a personal project manager to ensure your property is rebuilt to your exact specifications. With our team there is no need to hire and worry about managing additional companies such as an electrician, painter, or plumber! We will hire and endorse an outside company to handle the work. They do the work under Woodard’s name and are fully endorsed by Woodard. This makes the construction process significantly easier for you since you will only be working with one company throughout the entire process – Woodard!
