What safety precautions is Woodard taking during carpet cleanings?

As we navigate a new normal with COVID-19, Woodard is taking a number of safety precautions to protect you during your in-home or commercial carpet cleaning.

Daily Health Inspections

Our teams are screened each morning through our Daily Health Inspection assessment as a safety precaution before they start work. The health assessment includes:

• • confirming temperatures are below 100.3
  • no symptoms presents (coughing, muscle aches, loss of taste, etc.)
  • zero contact with someone who has tested positive within the last 14 days

Face Coverings, Hand Hygiene & Social Distancing

Upon arrival, our crews will also be wearing masks/face coverings while in your home as a safety precaution for your safety and theirs. It is not required that you wear a face mask while we are present. However, if you feel safer with a mask on we certainly don’t mind if you wear one as well. In addition to wearing masks, our crews are also practicing proper hand hygiene. This means that our crews are regularly sanitizing or disinfecting their hands. If possible, our technicians are frequently washing their hands. If soap and water are not accessible to them, they are using hand sanitizer and/or wipes to disinfect.

In addition to wearing masks, proper hand hygiene, our crew are also practicing social distancing. While we are in your home or commercial property will we do our best to ensure that we keep a safe distance from you. We also ask you try to do the same and not get too close to our technicians. Keeping a safe distance from each other will keep everyone healthy!
