Here, your contents will be professionally deodorized and cleaned. From delicate crystal to large appliances and everything in between, all of your valuables are handled with the utmost care and consideration. Your items will be kept safe in our secured climate-controlled warehouse until you are ready to move back into your home or business.

Deodorization

Both the structure and contents may have no damage to them, but post-fire, smoke, soot, chemical particulates, and water damage will leave behind unpleasant and potentially hazardous odors. Woodard has the certified deodorization experience, equipment, and solutions necessary to eliminate the source of foul odors. Move Back Services

When your home or business is ready for you to move back in, we will gather all of your contents from our secure climate controlled warehouse. Your items will be safely wrapped and packaged into our boxes and we will deliver them to your home or business. Once our truck arrives at your home or business, we will unload the boxes and help you unpack them. And don’t worry about what to do with all of the boxes and packing materials, we will recycle those for you!

Woodard will also provide a Fire Restoration Project Manager to help you through the entire process. Our Project Manager will meet with you following a fire catastrophe at your home or business. The Project Manager will review the damage and which services are needed to mitigate any further damage to your contents or structure. We will answer any questions you may have regarding the damage and how our restoration services based upon IICRC standards, training, and experience can help you get back to pre-loss conditions in a timely professional manner.
