Water from a clean and sanitary source such as faucets, toilet tanks, and drinking fountains.

Water that may have contaminates that may cause illness or discomfort if ingested such as dishwasher or washing machine overflow, sink drains, or toilet water containing only urine.

  • Category 3: Black Water

Water that is highly unsanitary and could cause severe illness or death if ingested such as sewer backup, flooding from streams/rivers, toilet overflow with feces, and stagnant liquid that has begun to support bacterial growth.

Mold Remediation & Removal

Mold can begin to grow in your business for a variety of different reasons: burst pipe, appliance leak, or excess moisture without proper ventilation. It can remain dormant for months, even years, without being noticed. With the right conditions, mold growth is rapid and can cause serious health concerns. While every situation is unique, a typical mold remediation process includes identification of affected and suspect areas of mold contamination, identification and correction of moisture sources, and testing of air/surface areas. We follow up by the issuance of an analytical report and protocols, which are reviewed and discussed by Woodard. Woodard establishes containment areas at the start of remediation. We generate negative air pressure, which ensures that no spores escape the work area. Then we utilize HEPA air scrubbers within the containment area to capture mold spores, guarding against cross-contamination.

Storm Damage

The St. Louis area is completely unpredictable when it comes to guessing what the weather will be like. As a result, storm damage can hit your business or commercial property at all hours of the day and night. Our crews remain on call 24/7 to help you. Putting off repairs and mitigation work causes damage to worsen and spread to other areas, resulting in additional work, money, and stress. Other restoration companies can’t touch the full-service convenience and guaranteed satisfaction that Woodard offers.

After our certified loss mitigation crews have completed your restoration project, our highly-trained Construction crews step in to rebuild your property back to its original condition. We provide on-site construction management along with a personal project manager to ensure your property is rebuilt to your exact specifications. With our team there is no need to hire and worry about managing additional companies such as an electrician, painter, or plumber! We will hire and endorse an outside company to handle any work that is necessary beyond our team’s scope. Our subcontractors do the work under Woodard’s name and are fully endorsed by Woodard. This makes the construction process significantly easier for you since you will only be working with one company throughout the entire process – Woodard!
