Woodard offers a Proactive Restoration Emergency Planning (PREP) tool to all commercial clients.

This program provides key building information for emergency purposes that is easily accessible on a secured digital platform. In an emergency situation, the last thing you would want to have to do is frantically gather up contact lists, maps, and other pertinent building information. With our PREP program, anything you would need to address a building emergency can be at your fingertips, and is set up before you need it. We have a dedicated PREP representative who will come to your facility, take photos of all points of interest, collect maps/floor plans, and assist you (or your maintenance team) with gathering everything else you’d need for a complete PREP profile. You’ll have to help us out just a bit by compiling contact lists and maps/floor plans as well as walking our representative through the facility to point out key points of interest, but we will then take all of this information and load it into our PREP platform for your easy access. Finally, you will be set up on our secured server with a designated account protected by a unique username and password.
