Working together, providing legendary service for customers and celebrating as we help restore lives
When you join Woodard, you become part of our family. We will strive continuously to improve your employee experience, showing appreciation for all your hard work and offering ongoing opportunities for growth. We like to work hard and have fun — celebrating our successes together with parties, raffles and food. Unlike many companies in our industry, we have a very loyal team. That’s why over the years, so many Woodard employees have become not just co-workers, but lifelong friends.
At Woodard, we ensure that our employees have ongoing opportunities to grow. Earl and Nancy Woodard built the company on respect for our customers and employees, and The Woodard Way empowers us to honor them and keep that legendary service strong. Our core values are the foundation of The Woodard Way, defining how we operate every aspect of our business without compromise:
Keeping safety, honesty and integrity top of mind allows us to create success stories for our customers, employees and company alike.
We’re committed to consistently providing service that goes above and beyond – for our customers, community and Woodard team.
To continue being the best, we must project passion for progress, look for opportunities to learn and strive to continuously improve.
“Woodard was founded by my grandfather and World War II Veteran, Earl E. Woodard. After being shot down over Nazi-occupied France, the French Resistance helped him get back to his life. Without them, he would have ended up in a Nazi concentration camp. Woodard today is an extension of what the French people did for my grandfather. Our focus — our purpose for existence — is to help people get back to their lives.
We are dedicated to providing support to the brave men and women transitioning to civilian life. If you are a veteran looking for a career home and The Woodard Way seems like a good fit, please check out our current openings.
Even if Woodard doesn’t seem like the perfect place for you, our Human Resources team is happy to review your resume and assist with translating your Military Evaluations (such as OER, NCOER and Annual Evaluations) into a resume. Just email your resume to email@example.com and let us know how we can assist you in getting back to your life.”
All the best to you
