EMERGENCY RESTORATION SERVICES

When disaster strikes, you and your team will respond quickly—any time of day or night. You may perform extraction and drying, contents manipulation and packout, or demolition and cleaning after water, fire, smoke, or mold damage.

RECONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Use your trade experience to help restore homes—as well as lives. You may be first on site to protect a damaged structure by boarding up or tarping. After our Emergency Services team completes mitigation and cleanup, you and your team will rebuild the damaged structures.

CLEANING SERVICES

Help our residential and commercial customers focus on life's important moments. Your dedicated team will provide superior professional cleaning and protection for carpets, rugs, hard surfaces, upholstery, office chairs, and cubicles.

SALES AND SUPPORT SERVICES

As the liaison between our customers and Woodard's services, your sales team will handle transactions with genuine care, and build lasting relationships that foster loyalty. Or you may work behind the scenes to enable our sales and production teams to thrive, through your work on our Accounting, IT, People Operations, or other support teams.

Doing What’s Right includes being transparent about our interview and hiring process. We are committed to responding to your application within 48 hours. While there might be rare exceptions, we take pride in keeping you informed and reducing uncertainty.

We look forward to getting to know you and exploring possibilities together. Here’s what you can expect after you apply:

1. Immediate Acknowledgment

As soon as you apply, you’ll receive automated confirmation that we’ve received your application and are considering you for the role. If you don’t receive this, you may not have hit that final SUBMIT button.

2. Personal Contact

If your application isn’t a perfect match, we’ll reach out with a considerate message so you aren’t left wondering where you stand. If there is a potential fit, our People Operations team will invite you for a chat to discover how your interests might match our opportunities.

3. Predictive Index Assessment

You may be asked to complete a Predictive Index assessment. We don’t use this tool for elimination, but to gain insights and tailor our interview process to you so we better understand how to work together effectively.

4. In-Person Interview

If you advance, you’ll have a chance to come in-house to meet our People Operations team as well as the Hiring Manager for your specific role.

5. Transparent Next Steps

For our production roles, we often extend offers on the spot. For our non-production roles, we will tell you our timeline and what to expect next, ensuring you are well-informed throughout.

Woodard was founded by World War II veteran, Earl Woodard, who was awarded the Purple Heart after parachuting into enemy-occupied France where he was rescued and protected by villagers. Our focus on service to others was inspired by these villagers and it continues through generations of family stewardship.
